This wall map was done for a National Construction Rental Company. Used to map out sales territories and customers. As a result of the map they reconfigured/rebalanced their territories. We used zip codes and streets as base for their sales areas.

This example for Pizza Hut. They prefer irregularly shaped delivery zones (additional charge). The standard delivery map that we do for is $350. It comes fully laminated so they are sauce and grease proof. They come with their own index book and optional driver's street atlas that is copy-able at the store level and ties in with the wall map. We can make these maps 6 feet wide if necessary but there is an extra charge for oversize.

This is a map for the Shannamara Homeowners Association, for a new housing development in Union County, NC.  It shows the layout of the individual lots, the potential addresses, the golf course, and other amenities. Arial photography was laid under the current Parcel layer from Mecklenburg and Union counties, and used to digitize, (or draw) the golf course layout and lakes onto the map.

This wall map was done for a  Commercial Real Estate company  that is developing a shopping area called the Grand Promenenade.  With a name like that you had better have a pretty grand map. So we used our geo-referencing expertise to lay new GIS data on top of this digital orthophoto. Next we reformatted the developer's Auto-Cad image of the new shopping center and super-imposed it on the map. (scroll it to the bottom to see it in yellow) This map has been a primary tool in helping to sell the new available space. It lets the potential client see at a glance that he is going to be in good company.

This wall map was done for Richland School District #1. We furnished as a wall map and as a series of JPEG maps for their website.  As a result of the map they acquired had a clearly delineated picture of exactly which areas went to what schools.
